Welcome to “Intentional Delivery”

Project management is a field that has fascinated me for over two decades, but over the years, I've discovered what truly captivates me: the leadership aspect.

I've had the privilege of leading project teams, guiding international project managers, and implementing a transformation of project delivery capabilities in global organizations. The sense of success—for the teams, the organization, and myself—is the driving force that keeps me engaged in this field and motivates me to help others achieve their goals and experience that same feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment.

My experience has taught me that the success of projects and improvement initiatives depends more on effectively managing the human side than on focusing primarily on the technical side itself.

Over the last decade, my focus has shifted from an operational to a strategic one. I am dedicated to building and enhancing project delivery capabilities, which are the engine for growth and sustainability in any technology organization.

This blog is an expression of my philosophy as a project delivery strategic advisor. "Intentional Delivery" is more than just a catchy title; it's the core principle behind my approach. After years in the world of project management, I've seen proof that the highest value for an organization comes from first focusing on the right projects, and only then on how to do those projects right.

Here, I'll share insights and ideas rooted in this approach. This proactive, not reactive, way of working will be the foundation for the content I share with you here.
